After a long process of maturing, learning and investments into its processes, the Venturoso, Valentini & Cia. Ltda. Foundry acquired what is best in the production of gray, nodular and white cast iron, to meet the mechanical requirements expected from VV parts.
The knowledge acquired by its employees provides VV agility to create castings of high complexity, thanks to the technical capacity and the use of CAM technology in their modeling, which creates a new cast product.
Green sand molding is done on automatic molding lines, which ensures greater dimensional quality of the parts produced and high productive capacity, sufficient to meet VVs and third parties production needs for 0,1 to 30 kg parts. With the acquisition of new machinery for molding paired boxes, Venturoso Valentini increased its productive capacity of parts weighing between 30-300 kg, gaining even greater reliability and dimensional repeatability for this type of product.
VVs core molding process follows the technological evolution of the factory and uses cold box, pep set and shell molding processes to ensure the geometry and excellence of the parts.
In the fusion, through electric induction furnaces, we are able to correct to the metals electrical charge by means of laboratory analysis via spectrophotometry at various stages of the leak, controlling the chemical composition of the pieces and ensuring the high quality of the VV cast products, whether in gray, nodular or white cast iron, all with the production capacity of various items quickly and reliably.
